chmod +x AdobeAIRInstaller.bin
locate libgnome-keyring.so
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu ./AdobeAIRInstaller.bin
/opt/Scratch\ 2/bin/Scratch\ 2

Does this work on the Raspberry Pi? If so, can you include the steps for people who don’t know how to navigate linux.

I don’t think so, because Scratch 2 Offline uses Adobe Air. And I don’t think you can’t get Adobe Air to work on a RPi.

Im running Debian on a RPI. When I enter the third command i get this error:
-bash: ./AdobeAIRInstaller.bin: cannot execute binary file.

AFAIK Scratch 2 doesn’t run on an RPi. You have to use Scratch 1.4 on it. Scratch 2 uses Flash and that doesn’t work on the RPi.

I assume you’re using a 64-bit Ubuntu 13.10. I found on the internet that the ia32-libs package isn’t available anymore in this version of Ubuntu.
I’m sorry, but I don’t know how to fix this.
If anybody knows a solution, please post it in the comments.

I have Sratch 2 v431a going on Ubunt 14.10 (64 bit) using wine 1.7
Only one issue I need to remove the old version and down load a new Windows version by hand before version updates will take. I feel sure this is easy to fix but my workround works so I have not investigated
